If you know exactly what you want, and you want it NOW, try using these operators to make your search as precise as you need it to be.
Quotation marks
Use quotes ("") around two or more words to search for items that contain the phrase exactly as it is typed. For example searching for business intelligence will return items that contain both words, but searching on "business intelligence" will return items that contain the two words next to each other as a single phrase.
AND
If only want results that contain ALL of your search terms, connect them with AND.
(NOTE: The search engine will insert the AND operator by default. So if you enter a string of words, it is assumed that all of them must be present in the result.)
OR
If you want results that contain any one of your search terms, connect them with OR.
AND NOT
If you want to exclude any terms from your search, put AND NOT in front of them. For example if you wanted to search for articles about tigers, but did not want items about the baseball team, tigers AND NOT baseball would eliminate irrelevant content items.
