Is your project RAD enough? Are you ready to RAD? Can you pass the if test? If your project scope is focused and your business goals are narrow and well-defined; if data for your project already exists completely or in part; if the project largely comprises analysis or reporting of the data; if decisions can be made by a small number of people who are available and preferably co-located; if the project team is small (preferably six people or less); if the technical architecture is defined and clear, and the key technology components are in place and tested; if technical requirements (response times, throughput, database sizes, etc.) are reasonable and well within the capabilities of the technology being used--then do we have a Microsoft Project plan for you!
