Building a customer business system the "RAD" way involves efficient planning, since speed of implementation is key. This plan reports the results of the investigation into the business problem of how to improve customer service and how to set up the project to do so. It scopes the to-be business model, specifies the project team structure, describes the technical environment for development and production, and details the project management risks and assumptions. It also outlines the task structure for the analysis phase and summarizes the subsequent phases, using the gantthead RAD process as a WBS basis.
