Connecting the dots: Research shows that most IT projects are delivered late, are substantially over budget or do not meet the business requirements. One of the primary reasons for this high rate of failure is the lack of understanding of the relationships and interdependencies of the vast array of activities performed during the project lifecycle. • What are the critical interrelationships and dependencies of key activities performed during the project lifecycle?
  • What are the skills and competencies necessary for an effective IT Program Management Office?
