Format: Specifications/Procedures
This document contains examples of standards to follow throughout the development of a front-end Visual Basic application. These standards will allow those who are new to the environment or who are unfamiliar with parts or all of the system to easily come up to speed with the code. The standards defined provide a baseline to which the team can add and subtract in order to meet the needs of the developer and maintenance teams.

"Not a bad start, but the document lacks depth. I would recommend more standards for the GUI interface. What is the maximum number of objects (labels, list boxes, text fields, buttons), that are allowed on a single form? What colors (background, foreground, text, menu) are standard? Add "guidelines" to the document. Guidelines are recommended practices, but not necessarily required standards."
