Format: Evaluation Assessment
Vendor Benchmarks are industry and in-house standards used to assess a vendor package's performance. The standards are described in terms of the objectives that the package should meet or exceed. Benchmark standards for the following areas should be considered when selecting a package:
  • Technology enablement (future)
  • Rate and degree of innovation
  • Quality
  • Policies and procedures for upgrades
  • Level of service performance
  • Pricing and licensing
