This template is to be used by a project manager to assist in identifying conflicts/potential conflicts, gaps, contradictions or incompatibilities between stakeholder requirements, so that a reconciliation strategy can be planned. When changes have to be made in scope or requirements, this matrix can be used to determine which stakeholders are impacted, so that appropriate alerts can be communicated. Finally, this matrix can be used to aid in checking for requirements quality prior to finalization of requirements documentation.
