Engaged in the path of transforming their business processes, many organizations need to choose between multiple options available to satisfy their needs. This deliverable is a sample template discussed in the article "The Bumpy Road to Alternate Service Delivery", which presents some practical advice for the analysis and selection process. The last step in the process is to summarize findings and present the recommendations to decision makers. Based on the organizations preferences, it could take the form of a written report, presented here for premium members.

"It is an important and popular fact that things are not always what they seem. For instance, on the planet Earth, man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much -- the wheel, New York, wars and so on -- whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time. But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man -- for precisely the same reasons."
