Improved deliverable! Change management is a critical ingredient to every project, as unforeseen change is almost always inevitable once you get going. It's important to report any unanticipated issues that may adversely impact project schedule, resourcing, budget, scope and other key project elements. It is also to your credit as a project manager and will keep the project humming with minimal disruption if you can propose several alternative viable solutions to the problem. Report all impacting issues, propose corrective actions and get sponsor approval, using this formal report form as a guide for how to collect and present the information.
