Format: Evaluation Form
Contributed by: Joe Wynne
This form is designed to assist the project manager to create an effective message. It is especially useful for shorter communications: oral reports, inspirational messages, recommendations for action, selling, convincing, etc.  However, it can be used for longer speeches and presentations as they are simply more detailed elaborations of this same material. The planner helps create a powerful delivery, while avoiding problems that may reduce the power of the message.
