Format: Evaluation Form
The purpose of the post-project review is not to criticize individual performance, but to capture all project team members' input on what would help your company improve its capabilities for accepting, planning and implementing future projects. Use this thorough evaluation form for eliciting everyone's feedback on all aspects of the project's operation, the successes achieved, the lessons learned, and the future actions that should be taken to improve the next project.
