By combining influence and importance using a matrix diagram, stakeholders can be classified into different groups that will help identify assumptions and the risks which need to be managed through the project design.  This deliverable helps you draw a stakeholder table and matrix to analyze the stakeholders who may impact your OPM3 implementation.
