Format: Contract
A nondisclosure agreement is more than a case of "I'll show you mine if you show me yours." Instead, it's "I won't tell anyone about your stuff if you don't tell anyone about mine." If you are dealing with consultants and sensitive proprietary information, you need a mutual nondisclosure agreement to protect yourself and your business secrets. Remember, this document is just a sample and is not intended as legal advice. This sample contract and any modifications made to it should be reviewed and approved by your company's legal department or corporate counsel.
