They say that knowing the truth is the first step to making changes. When it comes to leadership, the truth can be hard to get to. Opinions matter and perceptions are just as important as intentions. This questionnaire is designed to help you sort through all the subjectivity to get some solid idea of your strengths, weaknesses, skills and areas for improvement. It can be used as a self-assessment to see how you feel about your leadership, or you can give it to peers or even subordinates to see how your self-assessment compares to how others perceive you.

There's a lot of eye-opening potential in these pages.
