Format: Report
The project status report is a tool used throughout a project’s life to supply information on how your project is proceeding. This report is a vital communication tool for project sponsors, your PMO or your project’s steering committee. Distribute this report to other appropriate stakeholders along with a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) showing progress.  Also include upcoming activities for all projects and a risk change log, if necessary.
