Bad or inconsistent treatment is the No. 1 cause of employee turnover. So this audit allows a detailed analysis to be conducted and necessary actions taken to resolve inadequacies before problems develop. This is not a complete HR audit, but captures important HRM policy, procedure and practice information relevant to the project manager.
