Format: Checklist

This checklist is designed to assist the project manager with choosing between e-learning vendors using tangible and intangible criteria. These criteria can be added to another decision-making model if one already exists. The criteria can be incorporated into a Request for Proposal and follow-up interviews. These criteria will help determine if the vendor has an effective approach to meeting your needs. They also help refine your understanding of the vendor’s ability to plan effectively.
