Format: Plan
Here's a project plan for developing a Data Warehouse logical data model. The model will be useful to both the business community as a tool to understand the design of the operational data store and to the technical implementation team as a tool to generate the physical database structures that underlie the data warehouse. The ultimate goal of the plan is to provide the framework for a successful process that can be repeated for subsequent logical data model development projects.
