The gantthead Has Spoken

Last month, we ran a survey asking which of the following was most important to your business:

<
UL>
  • Customer Service
  • eBusiness-CRM Integration
  • Organizational Structure
  • Corporate Communications
  • Customer/Vendor/Employee Loyalty
  • Organizational Culture
  • And finally,

    • CRM is not applicable to my business.

The majority of the respondents said that Customer Service was the most important. Customer/ Vendor/Employee Loyalty came in a distant second place. Not far behind second place, the third place choice was a tie between Corporate Communications and eBusiness-CRM Integration. Beyond those choices, the numbers grew rather insignificant.

I am really concerned about the one person who said CRM was not relevant to his or her business.
