"I might suggest an additional category to include on this very worthwhile checklist: that of Information, Storage, and Access Security. Customer information, SSNs and account info, and particularly for HIPAA regulated healthcare apps, Protected Health Information (PHI), and the like have got to be considered in the overall Security Architecture for your apps."
