Every hiring manager knows that aside from solid technical skills, the key element in hiring a successful PM is to identify a person who possesses the skills of any great organizer, presenter and motivator.  Someone with the skills to inform, persuade and convince the team, colleagues or clients by means of presentations of facts and material. Given this fact, there are seven key factors that we focus on when hiring project managers.
