Reality Project Management: Mastering the Skills for Survival

Colby and Tina, the final contestants, had to sit in front of a jury of their peers - those they had voted off and robbed of a million dollars.  They had their hats it their hands, looking for votes.  Colby had won numerous tests of strength, endurance and mental ability.  And skeletal Tina, who had not won these kinds of contests, was voted the winner.

Would you feel a little uncomfortable in front of a similar panel of project coworkers and stakeholders who were ready to vote on your skills?  Would you be confident that you had used the correct strategies to succeed?  Would you remember the personal background of members of  this jury?  Do you understand why they would care?
