I've been asked by many people about getting started in project portfolio management. While there is a lot of interest in using PPM to manage corporate efforts at a high level, there is a dearth of information on how to get started.
No problem! Today, we present the Project Portfolio Management Starter Kit. This kit consists of a PowerPoint briefing explaining the initial steps and an Excel worksheet to perform your analysis.
