GIGs (gantthead interest groups)
| Gantthead Interest Groups (GIGs) are all about bringing like minded gantthead members together around a specific topic. That topic can be a project management issue, an industry, a specific location, a project management skill, a software tool, or really anything you like. GIGs can be invisible, private or public. Group members can collaborate in discussions, and share links and files using bulletins. Learn more about GIGs in Starting and Managing a GIG. |

Concluding Theorem for Quantum Physics
The following writing cumulates over twenty years of research and study formulating a comprehensive conclusion encompassing the study of quantum physics. Supportive explanations using written text omitting the mathematics and diagrams depict definite attributes necessary for understanding the mythology safeguarding sensitive material. Identifying fallacies using supportive research explains misconceptions in theory and increases public awareness with common text interpretations.
The following definitions define the terms used.
Energy (E)
Particle (P)
Mass (P+P)
Energy Mass (E+P= EM)
Defining States or Identities
Energy and Particles exist as separate states or identities.
Energy:static physical characteristics without the presence of a particle
Particle: measurable quantity with characteristics
Mass: increase measurability of particles
Energy Mass: Ratio of energy and particles creating substances
Explaining Existence of Substances
A substance consists of E+P creating element one. E + P ratio 1:1 (The ratio defines the existence of an element.)
The ratio 1:1 defines the amount of energy assimilated by a particle.
Increasing the mass increases the direct proportional quantity of available energy assimilated by the particle.
Mass weight will assimilated energy in direct proportion to the ratio 1:1.
The greater the mass the greater the assimilation of available energy.
Mass Energy becomes static when the predicted area ratio completes.
Mass Energy advances in direct relationship to the predicted constant.
The constant varies with degree advancing or degrading within the predicted parameter.
Elements proportionally colligate creating a multitude of static variance.
The static variance creates identities.
The direct inclusion from the above conditions results from every known or unknown substance.
Dissipation
The balance of existence depends on the predicted constant remaining static, which can never happen again at large. The contributing forces acting on the constant results in conflict. The controllable features can be contained using this research advancing predetermined variables for example, energy and particle relationships advancing propulsion, medical procedures and numerous other applications. The concerns for containment no longer exist as outlined; particles will contain energy in a defined parameter or nothing would exist, the answer to this question was the constant.
Another misconception is the measured energy of light predicting a constant velocity; energy has no acting force without a particle. The smaller the particle the more velocity reacting to the implying constant expediential to the propelling forces creating a compounding and unstable parameter. Measurable distinctions are attainable but a definite conclusion would be impossible.

The IT and Telecom Gantthead Interest Group targets highly knowledgeable and experienced project management and technology professionals in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industries. Our members are leaders of technically advanced projects that involve both Information Technology and Telecommunications. The group operates in partnership with the PMI ITTelecom SIG, leveraging the power of both member bases.
Be sure to check out SIG Chair, Dave Prior's irreverent, yet strangely insightful blog on gantthead - Drunken PM
Every month the GIG offers free content related to IT and Telecommunications, a place to ask questions related to ITT and an overview of the SIG's most recent webinars (see bulletins below).

PMO Roundtable

It appears many PMOs have a recurring theme of how to show value and keep the PMO alive. I think this GIG should focus on the future of the Program/Project Management Office and how this future could influence the way the PMO is perceived by senior management.Either your PMO is going to be part of the future or languish in the past.
If we are going to focus on the future, we need to draw on our collective intelligence and lay out plans of how to get to this future state. This is a call to active participation by everyone. Please bring your ideas and experiences and be willing to participate. We should end up with a strategy to get to where we want to take our PMOs.
Some topics to start this discussion are:
1) What is working well for your PMO now? (This will be the sharing part and you may be able to learn from others and share your best practices)
2) What would help to bring your PMO to an increased maturity level and/or increase how you are perceived by senior management? (This may take some research)
3) How can we as a group help your PMO get there?
